What repair and maintenance services do you provide?
We provide a wide range of services for acoustic, electric, and bass guitars, including setups (adjustments, polishing, cleaning), electronic repairs (pickup installation, rewiring), fretwork (leveling, crowning), and custom work (nut and saddle fabrication).
How are repair quotes calculated?
We price repairs based on the work needed, the parts involved, and the time the job takes. You’ll get a clear estimate after we look at your instrument, and we’ll wait for your approval before we start any repair.
How long does a typical guitar repair take?
Repair time depends on the issue, the parts needed, and our current schedule. After we inspect your guitar, we’ll give you a realistic timeline and keep you updated if anything changes.
Why does a professional guitar setup take time?
A professional setup involves detailed steps like adjusting neck relief, setting string action, checking intonation, cleaning the fretboard, polishing frets, and testing electronics. These ensure your guitar plays perfectly.
Can you handle warranty repairs for my guitar?
We don’t handle warranty repairs directly. For warranty services, check your guitar manufacturer’s website for authorized service centers. Each brand has specific steps to keep your warranty valid. Need help? We’re happy to guide you through the process or assist with non-warranty repairs.
Can you install parts you already bought?
Yes, in most cases we can install parts you provide. Just keep in mind that our labor warranty does not apply to customer-supplied parts. If you want the best fit and reliability, we recommend using parts we source for you.
What happens if your guitar can’t be repaired?
If your guitar can’t be safely or reasonably repaired, we’ll let you know before moving forward. You’ll get a clear explanation of what we found and your best next options.
What payment options can you use at pickup?
You can pay in person with a credit card or mobile wallet, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, tap to pay, and card reader options. We’ll confirm your estimate before we begin, and payment is due when you pick up your instrument.
Why should I trust you with my guitar?
Trust is important when it comes to your guitar. With years of expertise and a strong reputation in the music community, we encourage you to check our reviews, ask local musicians, or talk to us directly to feel confident your instrument is in good hands.
