We provide a wide range of services for acoustic, electric, and bass guitars, including setups (adjustments, polishing, cleaning), electronic repairs (pickup installation, rewiring), fretwork (leveling, crowning), and custom work (nut and saddle fabrication).

Repair pricing depends on the work involved and any parts needed. You get a flat rate for basic setups. For bigger repairs, you’ll get a free evaluation and an upfront estimate before we start. If parts or strings cost extra, we’ll let you know first.

It depends on the repair and our current workload. Small fixes may be ready in a few days. Bigger jobs, like fretwork or headstock repairs, can take longer. After we inspect your instrument, you’ll get a more accurate timeline.

A professional setup involves detailed steps like adjusting neck relief, setting string action, checking intonation, cleaning the fretboard, polishing frets, and testing electronics. These ensure your guitar plays perfectly.

We don’t handle warranty repairs directly. For warranty services, check your guitar manufacturer’s website for authorized service centers. Each brand has specific steps to keep your warranty valid. Need help? We’re happy to guide you through the process or assist with non-warranty repairs.

Yes, we can generally install parts you provide. However, our standard warranty on labor will not apply to customer-supplied parts. For the best outcome and reliability, we recommend using our professionally sourced components.

We'll provide an honest evaluation. If the repair costs more than the instrument's value, we'll let you know and discuss the best options. For complex damage, an in-person inspection may be needed. Our goal is to do what's best for you and your instrument.

You can pay in person with a credit card or mobile wallet, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, tap to pay, and card reader options. We’ll confirm your estimate before we begin, and payment is due when you pick up your instrument.

We'll notify you when your repair is complete. Please pick up your instrument within 90 days. After that, it may be considered abandoned. Contact us if you need special arrangements.
