Refund Policy

OUR 3 BUSINESS DAY REFUND
COMMITMENT

At The Guitar Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within three (3) business days from the date you received your order or made your in-store purchase.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUND

  • The return must be initiated within 3 business days of the original purchase date.

  • The item(s) must be in new, unused condition, suitable for resale.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (original receipt or order number) is required.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

If the item was purchased at our shop, bring the item to the shop with your receipt. 

For online returns contact us by phone or email including a clear reason for the return request. If the item was damaged during shipping.  Pictures of the package and damaged item(s) must be included in the email.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.  

EXCEPTIONS

Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to: 

Items sold AS_IS and guitar maintenance products.

Repair work is covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on Repairs.

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE ON REPAIRS

At The Guitar Shop, we stand behind the work we do. If you are not entirely happy with the work we have done on your guitar bring it back in to our shop within seven (7) business days from the date you picked it up.

We will make it right by correcting any error made on our part.  Any parts that are not working according to manufacturer design will be repaired or replaced.  Special order parts will not be refunded.
